- After payment is made you will be contacted within two business days by our Tuition Manager (Nick). He will discuss with you your specific requirements and which of our tutors would provide the best fit based on your circumstances.
- Your new tutor will then contact you to discuss the tuition plan and arrange the first consultation.
- Tuition is often held in the CBD, our office at 242 Glen Osmond Road or home visits depending on your location.
- Occasionally we are unable to create a suitable tuition match based on your requirements. On these occasions we will always refund you in full and place you onto our waiting list.
- When on our waiting list you will be contacted when suitable tutors become available. You are not obliged to subscribe for tuition in this case as we understand that the tuition may no longer be required.

*When multiple subjects are required we can not guarantee that every one will be covered by your tutor. Occasionally a subscription with a second tutor may be required to ensure all subjects are addressed adequately.
